Released November 14, 2012 to coincide with Batman #14.
Image 2 is the preview image without the logo and UPC box.
Originally, the Aaron Kuder cover was supposed to be the variant for Batman #13. When Greg Capullo came up with the die cut cover idea for certain Death of the Family books, the Joker mirror cover was used for the variant and the Aaron Kuder cover was used for the 2nd printing.
