Signed by Hama - Issue 77 - The Joes are exiting Cobra Island after the Civil War. Hawk, Roadblock and Gen. Hollingsworth visit the Jugglers in Washington DC, where they are arrested, as well as most of the GI Joe team. Roadblock escapes to go find Dr. Adele Burkhart for help.
