Owner's Description

Signed by Zeck & Beatty - Issue 46 - Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow wreak havoc on Cobra Island in search of Zartan. Zartan who has switched places with Rip Cord, is collected by Flint's team and taken off the island. The real Rip Cord dressed as Zartan is sent away in a remote control firebat to Springfield by his girlfriend's father, Professor Appel.
