I started Sandman with issue #32. I had decided I better get the earlier issues and proceeded to rummage the back issue bins of my LCS, ComiCards for the rest. Some were so popular they were designated wall books. Issue 14 was in the bins. I purchased the majority of these out of order, mostly by price. Living at home gave me a greater disposable income but I got locked into the thought I can buy more books if I don't buy back issues. I brought this to ECCC when I heard a quick horror story how Mike Dringenberg had just written to Ebay on one of the books that was to be graded by CGC. I wonder if this makes it a defect? Maybe I should write a journal about this, but in the meantime I decided if he was going to prsonalize it it someway, I might as well have it doen my way. This series is a series I will never give up so for me I had him sign it just for me. Now I am thinking about doing that for a few others.
