Owner's Description

The first appearance of Norman Osborn. While the Green Goblin shows up in Amazing Spider-man 14, the guy beneath the mask is not shown until another 23 issues. This is problematic in a way considering that his son isn't even in the title until issue 31. So, when they designed the Green Goblin back in issue 14, who was originally supposed to be under the mask?
