I have been looking for a nice copy of this book for some time. While I would usually hold out for something higher than an 8.5, I thought this was a particularly good looking VF+. Buy the book, not the label, right?
A really great issue and one I think is very significant, one of Neal Adams keys. Green Arrow's look is updated and after this issue he moves on to co-star with Green Lantern in his series.
