All in all this is a pretty awesome issue as we see more Bucky-Cap trying to stop the Red Skull's daughter, Sin; Red Skull and Arnim Zola activate the "device" (a Time Platform with Sharon Carter attached to it - she is the "constant"), only to have her break free. I won't spoil the rest of the issue because it's just so good!

Quite a few plot threads are wrapped up in this issue making it a very satisfying read. This issue will also be the last time we see the Red Skull until Reborn!
