Owner's Description

igned by Ed Brubaker and Steve Epting. This is the sort of issue that, when you read it, you really appreciate the style and look that Steve Epting brings to the book.

Bucky enlists the help of Namor to go after the people who took the Human Torch's body. It's a great story because we learn that Bucky saved him as a child, but as the Winter Soldier was sent to assasinate him!

At the end of the issue, Bucky decides to go after Dr. Chen in Taiwan (the "boy" now an old man) as the Winter Soldier.
