Signed by cover artist Gerald Parel! Thanks goes out to Ben Judkiewicz for helping me get this book in my collection. Also pictured is my additional blue label 9.8 copy of the book. When I decided to submit a few books for Gerald, I decided to look for fresh raw copies rather than crack the ones I already have and risk a grade drop.

"Two Americas" Part II!

Brubaker gives the 1950s Crazy-Cap some motivations and we see some insights to the character. Bucky tried to infiltrate the group Crazy-Cap was putting together, but Buc didn't bank on the Crazy-Cap recognizing him! There's some good action with the Falcon and Cap, but by the issues end, Bucky is captured, and so is the Falcon!
