The Trial of Captain America Part 4

Continuing the events from the previous issue, Black Widow and the Falcon are captured to set up a trap for Bucky, and the trial is underway with various witnesses discussing the mind control of the Winter Soldier, highlighted with norman Osborn and Dr. Faustus.

The court events in the issue end when someone disrupts the proceedings on behalf of Sin, the new Red Skull, proposing a trade of Bucky for the Falcon and the Black Widow, to go down at the Statue of Liberty.

Basically, Steve tells Bucky to let him handle it, but this is Bucky-Cap we're talking about. Does he sit it out and avoid complications with his trial? Hell No, and we have a conclusion set up for next issue at the Statue of Liberty!
