I purchased the #1 listed here new, off the rack in Weingartens grocery store in Jacksonville, Arkansas. Read once, stored in mylite bag and acid-free box for 35 years, slabbed in May 2015. I was distantly hopeful for a 9.8 but will take the 9.6 and run with it, since it's my original and only copy.
February 1980, WHITE Pages. Newsstand version! Stan Lee (!) story with John Buscema and Chic Stone art! John Buscema and Joe Sinnott cover. Wow, can you get any better than that??
This is THE first appearance of the She-Hulk. I'm surprised this isn't a bigger key book.
