Owner's Description
This is one tough issue to get in 9.8! I haven't managed to find one yet either raw or for purchase.
I bought 5 copies off of EBay and picked the best two and had them triple signed and graded at the Baltimore Comic Con.
One got 9.4, which I gave to my big brother, Tnerb to replace his unsigned 9.0 copy.
The other is this one, which managed a 9.6! Having it signed by Louise Simonson, Joe Rubinstein and Tom DeFalco makes this the single highest graded SS copy in the world!!
