In the act of stealing the remains of the original Human Torch, Professor Zhang Chin has learned that the new person in the Captain America uniform is his old nemesis, the Winter Soldier. Bucky Barnes isn't going to let anyone defile the remains of his WWII teammate, and so former fellow Invader, Sub-Mariner has got the Winter Soldier's back as he heads into enemy territory to recover his friend. The Black Widow is desperately trying to catch up to protect her lover, but Bucky is making it difficult.
