SYNOPSIS:
At the height of the Cold War, the Soviet Union, determined to win the Space Race at any cost, green lit a dangerously advanced mission. They sent a man farther into the cosmos than anyone has gone before or since. Lost in the stars, he encountered something unknown. Something that changed him.

COLLECTOR'S NOTES:
On 04 JUN 15 Valiant Entertainment announced that between NOV 15 and FEB 16 they would release eight "ONE DOLLAR DEBUT" issues that would serve as introductions and re-printing the first issues of those titles. DIVINITY ONE DOLLAR DEBUTE #1 would release in Feb 16, so I pre-ordered 20 copies which I screened for potetial CGC 9.8 candidates. Of the 20, only 5 were even close as the cover stock was very thin and loaded with printer defects and ink problems. Of the 5 copies I submitted, 4 graded CGC 9.8 and presently represent 80% of the the 9.8's in the census for this issue. It is highly suspected that this issue will be the most difficult of the series to obtain in CGC 9.8 condition.
