Comiclink auction win - May 2017. Tied with twelve others for HIGHEST GRADED on the CGC census. This issue requires a little less patience to acquire in top grade (9.8) due to the relatively large number of 9.8's certified. This number is driven by the popularity of Ra's al Ghul - arguably the second most popular Batman villain after the Joker.
In his sole appearance in the Brave and the Bold run, Ra's al Ghul really does team up with Batman and is acting nobly for the entire issue, surprisingly. Talia also appears in the issue, with her strong feelings for Batman evident at the story's conclusion.
