After serving many years in a juvenile detention facility for the murder of his abusive father, Eddie is now free to search for the evil being that influenced his decision to kill. Eddie is coming to pay Spawn another visit, but this time he has a gun. The young ex-con goes on a shooting spree but is critically wounded at a bus station. As it turns out, not even death can deter Eddie’s mission to find Spawn; he is reborn as the Redeemer. Meanwhile, a dying Cogliostro realizes he is running out of time to teach Spawn. The future of humanity is uncertain; even Hell is in danger.
