Ebay purchase - Jun 2017. There was another 9.8 in the June 2017 CL auction, but once my bid got up to a certain level, I just made an ebay purchase for another 9.8 to pay slightly less. I've seen that situation a few times over the years, once bidding gets out of hand on an auction site, you go and buy the same grade of book on Ebay for less money.
This copy is tied with four others for HIGHEST GRADED on the CGC Census.
Book features Black Canary, following the prior issue which had Green Arrow.
