Comiclink auction win - July 2017. Only three 9.8's on the census (and no Whitman variants certified that high), so this copy is tied with two other for HIGHEST GRADED on the census.

Features a Batman/Atom team-up. This story goes much better for Batman this time around as he is not brain dead at any point of the story (see B&B#115). In a precursor to more modern times, both Bruce Wayne and Ray Palmer have been hacked and framed to appear as if they have made illegal transactions.
