Comiclink auction win - July 2017. One of eighteen certified at 9.8, tying it for HIGHEST GRADED on the census. Of note, there is a 9.8 Whitman variant on the census - this will be the more valuable comic (it was sold in January 2021 for $265). Again, we see stronger certification numbers when Wonder Woman is included in the title - her popularity has soared since her movie release.
In this issue, a villain named Flashback (who uses gas pellets to make people remember their most traumatic memories) faces off against Batman and Wonder Woman, incapacitating them in separate instances with their memories, namely the death of Bruce's parents and the death of Steve Trevor. This is the single appearance of Flashback in the DC universe...for now.
