Comiclink auction win - July 2017. Tied with nine others for HIGHEST GRADED on the CGC census at a grade of 9.8. 9.8's have moved some in the past few years, so opportunities have come up to get one of these ten books.
Features Black Lightning (you couldn't have just called him "Lightning"?) and Batman teaming up. He had previously starred in his own title until DC hit some bad times and cancelled a bunch of titles in 1978. in the 2020's he and Batman work together quite closely, with Batman relying on Black Lightning to help mentor their younger apprentices in the fight in Gotham.
