An upgrade from my 8.5 copy, I won this in the September 2017 Comiclink Auction. Another very popular key in the series, there are many arguments over whether this is, indeed, the first appearance of the Teen Titans or if that honor belongs to B&B#54. Even if you don't think this is the first Teen Titans appearance, it is the first appearance of the new Wonder Girl (Donna Troy).
My copy trails only one lone 9.6 on the current CGC census, tied with three other at the 9.4 grade.
Any book from that era with a large black area is always going to be tricky to get in 9.8 - and obviously with the current census that is proving to be true.
