origin and 1st appearance of Jefferson Pirce (Black Lightening). Signed 10/08 by Tony Isabella. Black Lightning can generate and control lightning. He was a high school principal and Olympic level athlete turned vigilante. 1977 and written by Tony Isabella. He later joined the Justice League after this short run. I ended up finding a 9.8 after the TV show came out.
