It has taken me forever to find this issue at 9.8! I've seen hundreds of raw copies... none NM/M. The best one I found was submitted and came back 9.6 (previously in this set). Very fortunately, I had the opportunity to purchase this CGC 9.8 copy (thanks JNL buddy :).
This issue now completes my long outstanding goal of collecting all issues, all covers #0-12 at 9.8. Mr Harman's collection of all issues/covers #0-10 has always been the benchmark for this Supergirl series. I'm sure he won't mind me saying I've finally surpassed that longstanding benchmark :) Hats off to you, sir.
Oh, forgive the rather naff reverse picture... it's very difficult to photograph the black back cover as it reflects everything! By keeping it in the bag, it reduces what's reflected.
