I bought this before I even read the issue. I am an Eric Powell fan. I saw a Powell related 9.8 on the cheap and that it was the only one graded at 9.8. So, I bought it. Afterwards, I bought the trade. It's great stuff for what it is. A very kid friendly book that would have been super popular in the golden age. I try to focus my collection on a few titles. This is one of those times where I veered off.
