This is the recalled version of this issue... in 2019, D.C. allegedly recalled both this issue and Supergirl #33 due to incorrect storyline labels on the front covers (e.g. Year of the Villain), however, in this issue in particular the artwork introducing Lightning Lad was modified and some theorized it the recall was based on incorrect coloring and his ethnicity being incorrectly portrayed- preview material for this issue showed a different haircut and what may have been a more Latino skin tone (also, I think the hairstyle was too similar to the newly restyled Cosmic Boy). I believe the corrected version also shows Lightning Lad with heterochromia (two different colored eyes) which is a really cool detail given the typical idea of the population of Winath generally having twins in Legion days of yore. I know the idea of Lightning Lad (and Lass) being Afrocentric might be a little controversial in some circles, but I am all for it. The series isn't very far along yet but I think the twins' background subplot is one of the strongest things introduced in the new series.
