Signing Opportunity With John Romita Sr.

Desert Wind Comics is honored and privileged to announce a special signing with John Romita Sr. in New York. You can get your books signed by the legendary comic book artist and graded and authenticated by Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) with the prestigious Signature Series label.

Desert Wind Comics had the privilege of a previous signing with John Romita Sr. last year and looks forward to once again offering comic fans another opportunity to get their prized possessions signed by the icon that drew some of our favorite comic characters including Daredevil, Captain America, Spider-Man, Fantastic Four and many, many more.

John’s first credited comic-book art which was for penciling and inking the 6 page story “The Bradshaw Boys” in Western Outlaws #1 which was published in 1954 by Marvel Comics. John later went on to take over the art duties of Amazing Spider-Man, which ran for 5 years and he became known for his clean “soap operatic” style of illustrating. After being promoted to the position of art director for Marvel, John was involved in many of the new characters being developed by Marvel including The Punisher and Wolverine.

John enjoying his retirement from the comic industry, does not travel much, and rarely makes a con appearance. So don’t miss this opportunity.
