CGC Accepting Submissions in San Jose

CGC will be accepting submissions for all service levels at the Big Wow Comic Fest at the San Jose Convention Center in San Jose, CA May 18–19, 2013. These include Modern*, Economy, Standard, Express and more! Stop by the CGC booth to submit comic books or magazines for regular turnaround. All submissions will be sent to our office in Sarasota, Fla.

• Modern (comics 1980–present, valued at US $200 or less) — $18
• Economy (comics valued at US $300 or less) — $35
• Standard (comics valued at US $1,000 or less) — $60
• Express (comics valued at US $3,000 or less) — $95
• WalkThru (comics of any value) — 3% FMV, $150 Minimum/ $3000 Maximum

A few of the guest artists include American comic book legend and commercial artist Neal Adams, artist on Superman, Batman, Deadman, Green Arrow as well as on X-Men; artist/writer/creator Michael Golden co-creator of the X-men's Rogue character, Spartan X and known for his groundbreaking work on The 'Nam, Micronauts, G.I. Joe, Dr. Strange, and his Spawn covers; J. Scott Campbell who has worked on high profile properties such as Amazing Spider-Man and is best known as the original artist and co-creator of Gen13 and and his own creator-owned title - Danger Girl and Mark Texeira , comic book artist who has worked on great titles including Spider-Man, Ghost Rider, Wolverine and Vampirella.
