What can be said of these books that hasn't been said before? We're talking about perhaps the coolest and most sought after comics of the golden age! These two are among of LB Cole best covers, and considering his output that's saying a lot!
They are among other things quite unique. There is some debate about which is better, but that's really just a matter of opinion and there really is no wrong answer. I'm a Mask Comics #1 guy and even had the image put on a T-shirt a long time ago!
At this time I haven't graded my #2, as it's not that pretty but I may cave and do it just to preserve it. I'll likely not have the chance to purchase another!
Neither of these issues have many copies on the census, as there likely aren't many out there. The pages are also known to not be too stable, but I know WP copies do exist. If you see one for sale and have the means I HIGHLY suggest you grab a copy, I guarantee that you won't regret it!
