With the exception of my issues numbers #50 (first appearance of the Mandarin), #52 (first appearance of the Black Widow) and #57 (first appearance of Hawkeye) this set is intended to focus on the issues featuring Captain America on the cover.
Even so, the other twelve issues in the set include a number of further first appearances, namely the first Silver Age appearance of the Red Skull (issue number #65), the first appearances of Sharon Carter and Batroc and the first cameo appearance of Peggy Carter (issue number #75), the first full appearances of Peggy Carter and Ultimo (issue number #77), the first appearance of the Adaptoid - later becomes the Super- Adaptoid (issue number #82) and the first appearance of M.O.D.O.K. (issue number #94)
