In the late 80’s Alan Moore made a declaration that he was through writing Super Hero comics and started up Mad Love Publishing. Before the From Hell series was released the first parts were published in the horror anthology series, Taboo (Spiderbaby Grafix). The first chapter appeared in Taboo #2. I love this series. If it’s true then an innocent store keeper, a Prince, a sniveling pathetic painter, the Ol Nichol Mob, four prostitutes, the Queen of England, a sociopathic Free Mason who had a stroke and saw God/Satan, bad reporters, a dim witted carriage driver, and ancient four dimensional geometry/architecture created Jack the Ripper.
