Not mainstream in its popularity, Deadman is an incredible character and was made to be drawn by Neal Adams. His ability to bring life like characteristics to the comic arena was a perfect fit to bring a convoluted Anti-hero such as Deadman to life. For those of you who haven't read this run or checked out the amazing artwork you are seriously missing out. Buy that Deadman Adams hardcover edition, out of all the characters Adams has made iconic none were "owned" by him like Deadman. This series is actually what put Adams on the map and gave comicdom notice of Adams' amazing abilities. Sometimes I wonder if this series or the Green Lantern one is my favorite !
