In this Wolverine 1995 Annual issue, Larry Hama wrote the story and J.H. Williams III & Mark McKenna drew the cover and artwork.

In terms of the imaging, the scanner kept picking up a streak of light in the middle of the comic. This is because the book is not completely laying flat inside the CGC encapsulation case, and when the laser passes over the part with the depression, it reflects the light and the result is the image you see here! However, the book looks great in person!
