ISSUE SYNOPSIS: - Mind Games

Spawn listens to Cog and learns of his betrayal at the hands of his former masters in the government. Meanwhile, trouble brews in the factory of the late Doctor Frederick Wilheim – the twisted scientist who died before he could re-animate his dead wife. In spite of his ultimate failure, Doctor Wilheim left behind a terrible legacy in the form of Cy-Gor – a hulking ape fused with bionic implants during a secret project.
