ISSUE SYNOPSIS: - Freaky (Dead Zone storyline part 3 of 4)

Sam and Twitch arrive in Rat City to discover the crucified and headless remains of Spawn deep in the back alleys. They attempt to recover the body, but are suddenly caught in the middle of a battle between two street gangs. For a moment, the detectives are able to control the situation; however, Twitch is taken hostage by the Freak. As the negotiations begin, the insects and vermin begin to revive the necroplasm at the heart of Spawn’s remains.
