The building of worlds is a complex matter and Spawn is quickly finding out that the role of God is not as easy as it initially seemed. By recreating everything, Spawn also managed to breathe life back into some of his fiercest rivals. Clown is resurrected and Spawn finds him to be much more dangerous and powerful than the foe he remembered. Elsewhere, Jason Wynn is alive and up to no good.
