ISSUE SYNOPSIS: - Exterminator (Kincaid storyline part 3 of 9)

While Sam and Spawn continue their investigations, news of the murderous rampage in Rat City hits the media. Spawn’s empathetic powers allow him to “feel” the death of the latest victim. As a result, Spawn increases his resolve and vows to catch the killer. Meanwhile, the police begin to harass Bobby over his possible involvement in the murders. Bobby is interrogated by Detective Silbert at police headquarters and reaches out to Dr. Sarah Frost, who discusses his options with Sam. Later, Sam is shocked to find Bobby left for dead near Sarah’s clinic. When the detective breaks into the clinic to find help, he stumbles across a victim shrine erected by the unknown killer.
