Owner's Description

Origin and 1st full appearance of Taskmaker. Taskmaster was a bad man at first and he got busted for grand larcenies. He later turned good before establishing himself by starting academies to train criminals. The Avengers started closing down his academies and when The Taskmaster was in prison he helped train the New Captain America (U.S. AGENT...John Walker) He now leads the covert Shadow Initiative for the Fifty State Initiative.
