Owner's Description

1st appearance of Jack Monroe as Nomad.During the 50's, Jack Monroe became the "BUCKY" sidekick of the replacement Captain America active during the period the real Cap was in stasis. The super soldier formula affected their sanity. Shield helped to cure Monroe's madness upon reawakening from suspended animation. Decades later he reawoke from stasis and worked with the real CAP as Nomad. Henry Gyrich placed Nomad under nanobot control and forced him to become the newest Scourge Of The Underworld. Winter Soldier later assassinated Nomad.
