Owner's Description

introduction of New Defenders and Mad Dog. Baxter joined the Air Force after high school. Later, as a security consultant for the Brand Corporation, Baxter hunted the Beast (Amazing Adventures vol. 2 #13 7/72). Paysy divorced Baxter and became the Hellcat. When Brand captured the Avengers (he has issues), Hellcat forced him to free them. Baxter underwent treatment and gained superhero powers thus becoming Mad Dog who has battled many superheroes...still having issues...
