Oswald the Rabbit by Walter Lantz. 4/50. File Copy Walter Lantz must have tripped on acud because his covers are the most beautful works with technicolor art. I have no idea how he did it with just "four colors". Tied with another at 9.0 behind two 9.4's. (4/12)
