Owner's Description

Purchased from Greg Reece in 2013; I had missed out on the Twin Cities copy in late 2011. The Twin Cities copy and mine are the only two 9.8's in the census, making this one tied for HIGHEST graded. There are a pile of 9.6's and 9.4's, so you'll still have plenty of HG opportunities.
