Owner's Description

For a long while I wasn't seeing a 9.8 of this issue. I had submitted another raw copy and got a 9.4 (of course), so when comiclink auctioned one off in August 2015, I was able to get the last of the three annuals in 9.8. There is a 9.9 out there, so this one is tied with 20 others for second highest graded on the census.
