Owner's Description

Raw wwcomics purchase - was hoping for at least a 9.4, but came back at a 9.2 (which, to be fair, was what they had graded it as). Only 20 copies have been certified as of this writing, and only 1 has made it to 9.8. Unfortunately, my copy is only the fourth highest graded copy on the census. Will have to try and see if I can locate a good raw copy to certify I think... Don't even see much of this issue in the auctions, so raw is probably my best route here.
