Owner's Description

There is one other 9.6 on the census (as of this writing), so that makes this one tied for HIGHEST graded on the census. You would think that this issue being a primarily black cover, would be more difficult to get in high grade (9.0+), but I have acquired a couple 9.4's and this 9.6 in the past few years and there are quite a few 9.4's (and total issues 9.0+ on the census). With this issue, I was constantly upgrading, going from 9.4 COW to 9.4 OW/W to this 9.6 W. That's what happens when you always want to get better I guess. Besides being a tough black cover, this issue also featured the addition of the Atom to the Justice League.
