Ebay win-Aug 13/11-a Rocky Mountain pedigree. A rarity in the JLA series-an entire book solely devoted to the Justice Society - in this case the return of the Red Tornado, who unwittingly helps defeat his comrades and allows the brilliant T.O. Morrow and his extraordinary computer a seemingly clear path to defeating the Justice League back on Earth 1. I haven't been able to upgrade this issue since getting this one in 2011. That being said, with six 9.8's on the census, it has to be only a matter of time before I get one. This one is tied with eighteen others for second highest graded on the census.
