Owner's Description

Heritage auction win - February 2016 - page quality upgrade. Only 17 total are graded as of this writing, and the black cover makes it that much more difficult to get the coveted 9.8 grade (which only 2 to date have managed). My copy is tied with 3 others for second highest graded. My hopes are to find a raw copy to certify to a 9.8. Probably the only way to get one.
