Owner's Description

When we get to the late 110's and into the 120's, there is a general dropoff in the comics certified, making it harder and harder to find high grade copies. In this case, I bought this comic raw from wwcomics hoping for a 9.8, but I was only able to get a 9.6. Currently, there is only one 9.8 on the census, making my copy tied with three others as the second highest graded copy on the census. Note that there are only 20 copies certified to date.
