As with JLA#178, I won this in the Heritage June 2012 auction. There are 14 total graded, 6 in 9.8's, meaning this one is tied for HIGHEST graded on the census. It's hard to come up with anything meaningful to say on these issues in the 170's - they may not be worth certifying, but they are if you want a complete certified collection!
