Owner's Description

I've had a heck of a time with this issue - it took me until July 2015 to track down a 9.4 - there are only two copies at this grade and they trail only the Pacific Coast 9.8 as the second highest grade on the census. (Psst....if you have the 9.8 - contact me!). This is a hard issue for HG, with only 3 at 9.4 or higher (there are five 9.2's and five 9.0's as I type this). I had previously had a couple 8.5's - that I upgraded from. Kanjar Ro is a pretty classic early JLA villain and he appears in this issue. My experience is that you will have a hard time going any higher than about a 9.0 if you are trying to collect this issue.
