Owner's Description

Another of what I would call a hard issue to find in high grade. I had to get my Pacific Coast copy via the "Make offer to Owner" option on Heritage as I was just not seeing anything coming to market. The census says there are three 9.6's and six 9.4's, but you sure wouldn't know it from the lack of availability of this issue in high grade! Of course, this makes my copy tied for the second highest grade on the census.
